Hi all, I'm new to this site but not tackle or jig making. I found my way here because I've been tying jigs for a long time and they have been mostly buck tail and rabbit hair jigs for winter smallmouths. Well a little while ago a friedns father who is an avid crappie angler asked me why there aren't any bass jigs that are similar to the crappie jigs he uses since he catches bass on them from time to time. So I began experimenting making jigs that use craft hair, chenille, and hackle and I'm finding this as addictive as making spinnerbaits and jigs and I'm having a ball and while looking for inspiration I found this site. I'm looking forward to learning some new tricks and sharing my creations with everyone here.
