A redone a kitchen a few months ago and kept the old beat up cabinets.
Well since we moved last week I decided to start putting something together.
Here's what I started with.

Here is where I'm at this evening.

I wanted it big enough to have my new pc on the table while I tie. I think this will work out fine. I hopefully will get the tops all on tomorrow night and start trimming it out. Then I'll be building all the tool caddies and staining to finish to match.
I'm starting to get pumped up a little and very anxious to use it!

Looking Good. Old cabinet bases are great for repurposing. Be sure to replace those toe kicks as those openings are magnetic and anything dropped in front of them gets sucked all the way to the back.

Finally after a few days I'm back tying at full pace.

My new chenille storage work so good. No more of those digging through a drawer full to find the color I need.

Very simple to make 35 degree cuts in a board mine are cabinet doors. Spaced 1 inch apart. Cards are just poster board cut to business card size.
I also made my flashabou storage/spinner.

Another really easy make. Took the card board concrete tubes from Lowe's cut it to 10 inches long. marking in 1 inch intervals I took my skill saw cut 1/2 deep all the way around the top. Leaving the zip ties on the flashabou it slides nicely in place and stays behind inside the tube. I bought a $6 plastic tray spinner at Walmart and voila.
Still little tweeks here and there but mostly ready, set, go.

Finally I think I have it set up the way I want it.

The name badge clips worked out great for the inside of the cabinet doors. Zipped a quick screw in them and they are hung to the door.
All my arctic fox on the left and the duck on the right.
Crazy Legs across the dowel on the wall to the right.

Time to get back on the tying on a steady bases again.

I'll just have to play closer attention to which one is the TV and which one is the monitor.
Dang I should have cleaned up the mess a little before I took the shot.
