This site was recommended to me by hawnjigs and I looked around for a week before I finally registered. There appears to be a plethora of info on this forum regarding jig tying and powder coating, both of which are of interest to me. Thanks for all the greetings. I just received all the supplies necessary to start tying some jig patterns. I have been fly fishing for about 6 years and already have a lot of materials that can be used for making jigs. I am going to start by powder coating some jig heads purchased from hawnjigs. His work is really clean and environmentally friendly with non toxic alloys. Now if I can apply a coating without melting the heads off?
