Mystery Song Help?

Cathie is shipping my Ibanez to me and...

There's a song running thru my head I want to cover if I can find it. YouTube & Google came up with zero. Lyrics:

"Roger Goodtime walks with a swagger
Says to Goody I love you miss
And his eyes were cold as a dagger
As he asked her for one little kiss"

Its a crunchy rocker from the 70s I think - anyone remember title & artist?

Oh, oh - I consider you the onboard rocker. I think the title was "Goody Two Shoes" but Google only references something by Adam Ant.

But did find a faith anthem from the 70s by Lazarus.

Thanks for looking. The song got mainstream AM airplay in HI back in the day, so odd that it completely fell of even the Google radar. I might have to sing what I know to old hippies for a clue.

Cool song above. I read that Doug Fieger (RIP) was a member of Sky. That's even cooler. Really liked him later as the front man for 'The Knack'. Come to think of it, I really liked that band.

Fieger's brother Geoff is a prominent MI attorney noted for representing Dr. Jack Kevorkian. Has had quite a bit of TV commentary time too.
