My Little Mudder.Pic heavy

My Son and Daughter-in-Law have been competing in some "Mudder" races out here the last couple of years.Basically a 5-10 k cross country race with several mud obstacle's throughout the track..Yesterday was the first one my soon to be 6 y/o GSon has run...1K for the little one's

Said " Papa,it was the funnest thing Ive ever done"....

I would too,on the 1k track............Actually i kinda did,,,,,didnt take into account that to take action pics,I had to run the dang thing to do it :dodgy:







The big track is a little tougher.

Had to of been a full grown kid thought up that race.... Would be a lot more fun than running around a track!!! IMO

Oh man thats awesome Roger! Cute grandson you got there. My wifes been training for a marathon down in San Antonio. If she would get into somethin like this I might run with her!

Awsome...... simply awsome! I would want to do the mudding events also. Nothing quite like that around here that i know of. What place did both your son and g-son finish in their age group?

My boy (7yrs. now) did cross country running for our local school last fall and i might have liked it just as much as him! He is anxiously waiting for it to start up again. Think i ran as far as him just to watch him run - is a workout to be a spectator!!! Maybe keep my butt in a half azzed shape.

What place did both your son and g-son finish in their age group?

They didnt really place the kids run.
The Son finished 17 out of 213,,,he wasnt to dissapointed.One of the holes had above anckle sticky mud(bet there were 50 shoes left in it) but one of the younger girls from church was stuck,,he went back in and got her out...

I'm with Scott!!!!! Fun to watch!!!!!!! When I was in the service I was a typical gym rat and would have done this but I got fat!!!!!!!!!! Gotta get back to losing some more - Just before the surgery I weighed in at 296 which was 91lbs I'd lost, but put back 17 and gotta lose it all over again!!!!
