This is exactly how i pulled it out of my mail box. Jeessh! Luckily, the contents were in a heavy duty ziplock baggie and stuck down at the 'good' end of the envelope.

I know what happened . They have a sorting machine that shoot letters through 90 to nothing . If it got bunched any where more than a quarter inch it jambed . They got pissed and just tossed it anyway without slapping tape on it . Postal service does suck at handling things .
