I love the video, I am a jerkbait fanatic and this time of year I have a casting rod with a jerkbait on and a medium light spinning rod with a hair jig on. I wasn't expecting him to get bit working the jig that fast but the water was 47 degrees so it wasn't out of reason. I like the little chunk trailer too, I never use them on small hair jigs, I usually go without one or either a 3" trout worm or the back end of a straight tail finesse worm, so now I have something else to try, thanks for posting the link.

Thanks for your comments Guys. :)

SJ,

In addition to his 1/8-oz. assortment of hair jigs, Brian (the fisherman in the video) has been using very small (1/16 ounce) hair jigs for at least 2 years now. I find it interesting that he likes to cast a black over chartreuse color pattern tipped with a chunk trailer quite frequently.

cool vid Pup - no jigcraft decal???

LedHed,

I wasn't involved with the video. Had I been, maybe we could have shot a JigCraft decal or, at least, my hat. ;)
