Mashed some ballheads to pillheads

Used the pliers and made myself some pill heads, saves on buying the mold
Starts as this

After mashing

that works well Doug, I have done a few, I also have some needle nose pliers that make a nice wedge head......

Thanks Stump!! I have a pair somewhere that might work for that but can find them.

YJ - If you do it just make sure you don't squeez to much!! or you can pull and crack the lead around the hook eye. If you look at the wiggle eye boolie I posted with the mink you can see what I mean if you look at the one on the right, it was one of the first ones I did and I cracked the lead.

Slipbobber - I may try some like that but I have to glue 4mm eyes on them and don't think they'd stay on with the scale pattern. But it may work for some other ideas!!!!!!! Thanks

I paint my eyes on. Never really tried the glue on ones. Ive found some I like I may try them

The wiggle eyes I got from Michaels look really good on the jigs but the real test is going to be when I fish them the first time

Ive used those wiggle eyes on my roadrunner heads and walleye eye socket jigheads also.
I like them but the ones I had filled up with water lol. Do you clearcoat over them with like nail polish?

When I put them on I used Duco adhesive. I don't know how they'll react yet as I'll have to wait till spring to use them.
