Got out with SHRBRO, Noel, and Fabi for a couple of hours of BG fishing. Nice day but the water temp dropped again - 57F. We stayed mostly at the reefs in 15 - 18 FOW.

You all ever been schooled by an eleven year old gurl???? Me and the boyz did today.

Started off with a 9.5" BG and then it went down hill (for us) from there.

Fabi caught all her fish on her custom tyes/crickets using 2lb test.
No slay & weigh pics - released the majority of the fish today.

SB - she was in her groove today. She is so proud of catching the fish using her own tyes. I can't stop beaming either.

One of these days Adam, you and Pistol will have to make the trek.... You to Russ. I don't know who is prouder - her or me

Easy Rt - we got good weather all week. Problem is they close the lake on Tuesday & Wednesday til the end of the month. State budget or lack of...

Incredible day for her, was schooled by a couple 10 year olds last year when I was there, hope a 9 and 11 does it this year.

Those are some nice gills for sure. You don't see them almost as tall as they are long very often.

Hj - DedLedHed is a Skull jig I had CAT do. It's about a 1/24 th with a #6 hook. Fabi tyed one up with a rubber tail.

We use a slot limit for the BG and RE. Fabi is all about C&R but she likes to eat them as well. Some days I have to keep a few for my mom - or else!

Shoemoo - we are very fortunate at Lake Perris. Fabi can catch em' - another one she got last year.
