Thnx Scott - big ones are starting to stage - water was 58 - 59F.

Bruce - LOL - you use to do it too. Think the water and air were the same temp..

You'd really like the fishing right now Jungle - they got the water about 5' higher than when you fished it. Lots of flooded brush.

I'm getting that itch to head west again and you're adding fuel to the fire. The redear looks longer than 10 inches. You need a job as a bass guide. Perris is mentioned in the In Fisherman panfish guide saying it could be the best public lake in the country for an honest shot at a 2lb gill. I want one.

Thnx Mel & Rad. Got a BG. RE, and Bass – needed a Crappie or Cat for a LP grand slam.

When it gets a warmer will be throwing the plastics you sent Ron. Think they’ll be winner.

Got your message Jungle. In-Fisherman is a liar, don’t believe them, only dinks at Lake Perris!!!!! LOL. Last year I had 3 ten year old girls, 1 five year old girl, and my ten year old nephew all on 10.75” BG. Fabi said she is getting a 2lb BG this year.

Thnx Pup. Started using Izorline XXX 2lb co-polymer premium monofilament. It’s a thinner diameter than the Yo-Zuri. Still using Yo-Zuri – especially fishing the rough stuff.

As far as pretty fish go, a cracker only comes second to a sac. And that'n shines.
2lb… I think my tying mono is 2 lbs.

Looks like brotherly times. I miss that. Keep the pics coming Sonny, makes everyone smile.
