Been there and done that too Mel. Got a fire cranked up, brown drink in my hand,and a fiesta bowl game on the tube. Just hope I can make it to the magic hour

I'm sufferin thru a chick flick, but a glass of crown kinda takes the sting out of it. Ya know its too bad all of our tyn stuff is put up. I bet we got a bunch of new guys that don't even now what a tye in is, much less sat in on one...

I'm folding laundry, doing dishes, and picking up after crumb crunchers...... Mallards die at dawn. That 3:30 alarm is too early to be goofing around like an idiot tonight!

Setting hear watching the games trying to keep the dog calm!! Wish I had the money that will be spent on fireworks today
I'ma sittin' at home with the family as well. Downed a pint of New Belgium Ranger IPA (cause it just tastes toooooo dang good) and will let that sit for a little while before i plan my next beverage move. Hmmm..... think i still have some things that go boom down in the basement.

Helianthus and I wrestled with a play house most of the day.
It's laughing at me through the window as we speak.

Pistol n bug did their thing with the fireworks.
That mess is also laughing at me through the window as we speak, while Bug is checking out the potential BB gun targets for the day.

Got home from work, showered, then went for take out Chinese.
After that, my wife's g/friend came over & we had an "I Love Lucy" marathan and put a dent in a 12 pack of Heinekens.
Yeah, boring to some, but my the three of us cracked up & had fun and stayed off the roads to avoid the amateur drunks & cops.
