Sounds as at this time they have him surrounded. Sure hope that they can take him alive so we can get some intell on what really went on. The whole thing is very sad. Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness why can't they get this. They don't get it. The only reason that they are allowed the freedom that they have here and they use it to harm us. If you hate us don't come here the justice system might just catch up with you.

Yep Doug you can rest easy tonight. Just came over the TV. Glad that he is in custody and alive. Looks like he was trying to hide out in plain sight. Didn't work to well for him.

Maybe not right of me to say, but Thank You Captain and i agree 100%! MA has no death penalty - almost would have rather seen an all out shoot-out and end it right there........ don't think he was gonna win and does NOT deserve the respect or dignity of a 'fair' trial in our free country after trying to cause mass destruction to innocent people. Had a personal connection (would consider her my sister) go through the finish line 30mins before with several other very close family friends there as spectators. Spent a few panicked hours VERY worried and unable to contact them.

The thing that make us great is our people and our constitution. With out those laws we can not garentee our own safety as well as those of our neighbors. This person committed a Federal Offence and will be tried in Federal Court. The Federal Law Does allow for the death penalty.

International terrorist (gitmo)all we do is feed and clothe them.. At least Tim McVee was named a domestic terrorist and executed, but Okla has the death penalty. Mass does not have the death penalty?

I dont think it will matter whether Mass. has a death penalty.... I believe we delve into the Federal's turf on this one... And there is a death penalty on the Federal books.
However..... Death is not good enough... he needs to be interrogated to the fullest extent, until he only dreams of an easy death. Then he should be interrogated some more.
I am glad they didn't kill him right off... they need to know what makes these people do this kind of stuff.... but... Death should be the final chapter in this.
