Lionfish Jigs

Tied these with manes and tails in mind. These are the kings of beasts, or at least my jigs... maybe. Used Darice Bungee Cord for the bodies and finished the tails off with black craft fur. The collars are wrapped with black schlappen feathers from Zucker Feather Products.

Interesting! Is there a stinger hook buried in that tail?
I bet that wiggles and waggles a lot. Something new to try.

There's no stinger hook in the tail. These are intended for largemouth bass that'll take in the entire jig on a strike. Though, that's a good idea should I decide to fish this style of jig for other species.
