Very impressive tie ! Well proportioned on materials and colors can't get any better . Should get a lot of action from that tie !
How about a tutorial on that ?

Here's the recipe:

Hook: 200R size 14
Thread: 70 denier black
Tail: three pheasant tail fibers
Body: Magnum Pearl Flashabou
Rib: Green wire
Thorax: Peacock herl
Hackle: Partridge
Head: Peacock herl

You'll note that the tail is tied in AFTER the abdomen is wound onto the hook, but BEFORE the rib is wrapped. You tie the tail in at the thorax, and use the wire rib to lash the tail fibers to the shank of the hook.

I would do a SBS, but I picked this one up over on FAOL, and one of their members did a great job of it.
