lifefly ebay question

I bought several items from lifefly on ebay and have been waiting for an invoice to pay. I see he combines shipping so I assumed he would send a consolidated invoice for all of it. ive never bought from him before so I may be wrong. do any of you know if this is his protocol or did I misunderstand the whole combined shipping thing?

Use paypal with him and have no issues. Purchased several items with him. Get package in about 10days. He sends consolidated invoice but you may want to send him email. Good guy to work with. He generally responds within 24hrs to email.
