Don't have much of a collection, but have the bases covered. My rod locker has 4 wheels. :D My own kidos actually call it the dumpster/tackle box on wheels. Total collection consists of 2 UL combos, 1 Light combo, 1 Medium combo (all spinning reels) and a 5wt (Scott) fly rod. Had 2 medium rods earlier this year but broke the tip section of one - go figure the better of the 2.

Then a collection of ice rods that are mostly pieced together from old rod tips and epoxied onto wooden dowels.... reels attached with electrical tape! Throw in a few old fashion wooden tip-ups and thats about it.

Once the ice starts setting in, one collection is moved to the shed while the other is moved out of the shed and into the dumpster/tackle box on wheels. Waders in the trunk get swaped out for the auger. The bigger tackle bag comes out and the small box goes in.

You Guys are just to well organized.
This is my main bunch but have them scattered all around .. Rods ... Reels .. Poles .. Lot of times way back when I was on the road selling I would pick up a reel or rod that I thought I could sell a bunch of for a sample and it was charged to my account .. if I liked it I wound up having to pay for it .. some I sold to dealers but most you can see that I liked I kept ... A few custoom rods as well .... There is another little stack of them that the Grand Kids leave here (they know I will keep them oiled and lined)...

:):)

I think he goes around to all the tackle shops with his camera and takes pictures of everything that he wants and keeps a folder on his computer for his wife to look at and maybe she will buy him one of them, lol.

I see you have some of the old Daiwa baitcasters on those pistol grips. Those things are tanks. I can't tell you how much time I spent with some of those in my hands as a kid. My pops is still asking where some of the drag knobs are.

Doc
I thought my dad had it bad.
I feel like I'm at BPS when I look at your pic.

Excuse me sir,
Ya got any UL jig poles with a rear seat on cork in 10'?

I have 4 rods, and only one is really for fresh water. Hook me up for crappie Doc. Listen to your wife and sell one of the 217 I counted lol.

LP ... The Old Daiwa "Pro Casters" & Shamano "Bantams" are my go to reels .. Use on Straight Handles as well. About the only straight handle I use is for Spec Trout & Red Fishin (or what ever happens to hit). I kept "Buggin" our Area Diawia Rep (Several Years ago) to get them to make the PS10 again .. he tried but they would not budge. The "Pistol Grips" are for serious River Bass Fishing ... You didn't see them in the Pix but I have a few Spining rigs for the light stuff .. also a couple of fly rods as well ..
