Are you looking for someplace to have a custom made, 'rework' a stock mold or a specific mold? Just thinking of names of different molds i have seen talked about.......

Herters? Palmer? Lil Mac? Penn?

Got a coffee can full of change that's burning a hold in my pocket. Figured I'd get another mold.

I'm looking for a mold to pour a ned rig

Last night, while wearing my beer googles, I surfed the net and found this mold
Do-It Screw-Loc Worm Nose Mold

That could work with a little jb weld and some dremel work because I want to go lighter than 1/8th.

This one may work better

And with a couple different sizes of the zman jigs and some jb weld can get what I want.

Contacted Jacobs and found out they may be offering one - but no dates or commitments. I really like their molds & the quality of their machining. Wouldn't mind buying what I want instead of making it if the quality's there.

The custom mold route is nice, but so expensive and I never know exactly what I'll get. I posted a while ago looking for a custom mold maker and talked to a few guys, but the price was high. Decided since it's a hobby to play around with a dremel & a tube of jb weld on a do it mold & get what I wanted.

Thx Musky.

Looks like they only sell molds to pour plastic, real nice ones too.

I sent them an email

I would think the Do-It worm nose head would fit the bill with no modification needed in the lighter size.

Thx to a member on the board I found a guy who makes these - prices are reasonable so I'm buying some that are already poured. Nice guy and will do them custom like I want.

The project to mod a doit mold's still on the back burner and may turn into my winter project after I fish these jigs & see if I like them.

I save all my old plastics, usually to give away to someone who'll melt them down & 'recycle' them. Will be going through the bag this week & taking every stix bait out & using them for ned rigs similar to the pix I posted. Another poster from another board emailed me and told me how he takes salted plastics that sinks and makes them float like I need them.

Kinda cool all the help I'm getting to make a bait that I think will work.
