Late afternoon trip

A friend talked me into a last minute trip this afternoon. We strictly longlined. We had two fish in the first 20 yards of trolling. I knew it was going to be a good day! We were using 6 poles. At one point we had a quadrupal. We ended up keeping 43. Lost count of throwbacks. Not bad for 3 hours. I cant wait for my Ipilot to get here!

Yep. Can still catch a few males around some trees. This spot should hold some fish for as long as they are coming out of the creeks and sloughs.

Nice set of fish. Went to the ipilot last year......I waited way to long!!!! Takes spider rigging and long lining to the next level of comfort!!! They are making universal plate which I attached to go back n forth from fortrex to ipilot. It is new for this year and pretty slick.
