Lake Greenwood mixed bag

Got on the lake yesterday a little after 1:00 pm. I have been fishing the river channel in 16 to 20 deeps with 1/16 and 1/8 marabou jigs. All the fish are feeding on shad so if you find the shad the fish are near. Caught white perch, striper, white bass and some good size crappie. The cat liked the catch too. The smallest fish was 8'' to give you an idea of size of the other fish.

Nice catch! What are the white perch? People in north LA actually call crappie white perch.

We have yellow and white perch. They look like a white bass, a very aggressive fish. Here is a pic of the two.
