Bunch of oldies redone by some fantastic female guitar players. Does the heart good to know that there is still an interest in good music.

Awesome duet (Samantha Fish & Sadie Johnson) -Black Cat Bone;

More Samantha - I Put A Spell On You;

Ana Popovic - House burning down;

Ana does attribute to SRV - Navajo Moon;

Orianthi Panagaris - Voodoo Child;

ok no more Jimi or SRV

Nut'n like a lady sing'n da blues ....

I've been hooked on Bonamassa for a while. With him on guitar and Beth Hart on vocal, something about sweating ladies with ink in a short skirt ....

Outstanding.
I listen to a lot of Flamenco (Gypsy Kings, Ottmar Libert......)

How about Fado (Portuguese blues)??

I got to see Ana Moura in Los Angeles in November, don't really need to understand the language to enjoy the music;

Craziness

I’m of Fado! How I know!
I live a (singing) poem, of a fado that I made up.
Speaking, I can’t expose myself
but I make my soul sing, and the souls know how to listen to me
cry, cry, poets of my country
trunks of the same root, of the life that put us together
And if you weren’t by my side, then fado wouldn’t exist
nor fadistas* as I am!
This voice, so hurtful, it’s all your fault
Poets of my life.
It’s craziness! I hear them say, but blessed this craziness, of singing and suffering.
cry, cry, poets of my country
trunks of the same root, of the life that put us together
And if you weren’t by my side, then fado wouldn’t exist
nor fadistas* as I am!
