Recently I orderd som jig heads from Tim aka Fishhunter775.
Got a package faster than I thought but imagine my suprise at an empty envelope. There was a hole in the end but without my glasses I was thinking it was some decals I had ordered. Alas, it was the package in which the jigs had been shipped. I contacted Tim that evening and next morning he called explained that it would be a day or so before he had enough hooks to finish my order. I said no problem. A day later a package arrived with my jigs...
I have always been happy with his products and service but this was waaay above and beyond anything I expected. WTG Mr Tim......
If only USPS shared his view of customer service.
