Knot reference FYI

Occasionally, I get the urge to try a new knot and frequently use this site

to make sure I do it right.

I have used the uni knot forever and can tie it blindfolded and use the pitzen knot a lot but just cannot get it right at night (the eyes just aint what they used to be). I would love to use some of the knots that have a double pass of line thru the eye but have enough trouble getting the line thru the first time

My #1 reference for knots as well, great post.

The double palomar is my go to for a terminal knot. I can relate to the eyes not being what they used to.
Try making a bight in the line before passing it through the eye. You feel it rather than have to see it as it pops in the eye.
Hope it saves some frustration....
