These are some tiny nymphs! They are less than 3/4" long. Going to have to rig these little guys on a 1/64 or smaller! Cant wait to put 'em in front of some bream next year. Doc how will these do under the ice???
Those are cool little bugs! Just picked up this years In-Fish ice special magazine and it is loaded with little tiny critters of this and that... those would do good i imagine.
I was gonna say get out the scissors, but i like your answer better! Just don't clip off those back kicker legs, looks like they would give it some xtra action.
I'd fish the heck out of one like Doc's talking about! A nice thin, tapered plastic on an ice jig is flat deadly through the ice. The ones I use right now look like little sperm... (Little Atom Nuggies)
