After 5 straight days in the 60's and 70's Its officially winter here now..

Nothing new to alot of you,but not gonna get much above 15 for the next 3 days in West Texas and 4-5 " of the white stuff before morning :beat-up:

With 30 mph winds,there calling for -20 wind chills...

Gotta blame someone.... haha, actually, i' sure my kids would rather thank someone than blame anyone!!! This storm looks like it could be a big one and nail a whole lot of people from Texas to New England. Chicago supposed to get lots of snow but it sounded like Indy going to get more of the ice/mix.

Forcast for my area depends on which channel you watch... have seen variations from as little as 3"-5" with .75" of ice coating --- to --- 18" of the white stuff. Who knows... but the kicker will be after the snowfall the winds are to really pick up, possibly gale force, and blow around whatever is on the ground. :beat-up:

Sounds like a good day to call off work..... wonder if i will be able to make it to the lake through the drifts..... Good luck everyone - stay safe!

OK it's 5 min. to 1 am here in OK. The junk is coming DOWN . It is hailing and sleeting accompanied by , believe it or not freak'in lightning. I can't even remember for sure when the last time I saw that happen . This ain't going to be good fellas. 4'' on the ground in less than an hour. The up side is I'll take some vacation days to do my tackle projects.

Well, I had a little bit of dew on my windshield this morning and it was in the high 40's. Man....I feel bad for you all living in that weather. Maybe I am spoiled, but I love the weather in So Cal.

I just love it still have 18 inches of snow on the ground now freezing rain and ice. And to think I was about to move to Texas to get away from this kind of stuff..... guess I better think twice about that now.

I know it sounds like Im whining right now Doc,

But come Sunday and 63,,, Ill be on the Lake or at the Golf Course..

Snowed in here, got a few inches of snow on top of freezing rain and sleet. Light now right now and cold, about 9 degrees and tonight will be -1 degrees...OOoooo (burrrr!) Rad I was going to pick on you about Texas shuting down for a few inches, but I'll be nice
