Kinda stole Stumphunters idea ( sorry Ron ) with the dental floss wrap.

Used the dental floss as the base material on these bugs. Built out of odds and ends from there out. Then sealed with clear cure. Can't wait to try these puppies thru the ice.

My latest attempt at emerald shiner. Hard to get shiners profile because they have longer body then most minnows. So got bright idea of using long shank shank jig hooks. Don't remember model number but they are eagle claws. Used the floss as body base. Then wrapped with silver coil highlighted with holographic material thread. 1/24 oz round head flattened for eye mounting.

Awesome use of the floss! No worry about using anything I post, that's the reason I share so others can use the ideas too. Nice tyes as always.

Looks like your eyes and hands are still serving you well. Building those micros would drive me nuts! I think the subtle sheen of the floss will be very attractive.

Been awhile since I've seen vintage quality EC 630s.
