Me and Mrs Rad are fine,,Truck...... not so much !


Lady tried to make a left turn in front of me,,Said she never saw me.


Asked the policeman "you think its totaled ?" Just smiled and said.......... Yup !!!!

Wish it was that good Doc,Ive baby'd that truck for years and even with great insurance Ill never get enough to come close to replacing it.

Dishwasher went out Wednesday...Told Mrs Rad then Merry Christmas.....Hopefully were done with the "excessive misery" for a while .. :P

We can park our trucks together they would look like twins . Exact same side and everything after my deer episode . I still ain't got the stain out of my drawers .

Gosh this must be going around .. Friday night my son got rammed into ... Hope they can fix it ... he only had this pick up for about 10 days .....

No doubt Hawn...Thats what gets me about the salvage business..

Book on that truck is a little under 4k,,try and replace one for that.Just some bumper,front end and body damage will far exceed that I bet...Tomorrow is negotiating day,but Im not very optimistic.

Insurance will give about a 600.00 salvage value to the vehicle,heck the tires are worth more than that,but I dont have the time or means to part it out..

I'm glad you and the Mrs were ok. Wife had same experience last year with her 2005 Mustang,five months and it would have been paid off. His insurance company insisted on new parts and once it got past 10k,which was 70% of book value they totalled it. We wanted to buy it back but insurance wanted $4500. We bought a 2011 Mustang instead,starting payments all over again. I can't get her out of the mustangs,we still have her 2000. You never come out ahead with the insurance companies.
