Hey guys, we caught a few red shiners in the cast net last night when we were trying to catch some shad. How would you imitate something like this that has red fins?
I've been pondering this today and have a couple ideas, but nothing that sounds too great just yet. Let's see what you've got!

I wish that I could have seen the whole fish, but here's mine.First dry and then a wet one.I hope that the pic shows what I want to see, lol. This is 1/8 oz. with white and red bucktail.Has a grey back.Ran out of red,so this is it.

Nice work !!I made one more.Very realistic thanks to some heads that I found hidden away in an old coffee can, courtesy of RonDon a couple of years ago.All painted up waiting to cure.

Here's a 1/32 oz.Got the body looking a little too dark with the watermelon flake sprinkled on the top.Definantly differant, lol.I wanted a pronounced red tail and used red pearl flash also.
