Hey! I was on Versus!

I started clean out my DVR of shows that I saved. One of them was Trout Unlimited's: On The Rise flyfishing show. The episode was filmed on Pine Creek near Wellsboro, PA.

As the camera pans the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon there is a solitary angler fishing a long run. I just happen to pause the show there to run to the fridge for a snack. When I came back to the den my family was pointing at the TV.

"What's up?" I ask. "Do ya wanna change the channel on me?"

"No... Dave, look at that guy on TV.", my wife says.

"So? It's just a fly-guy in the Ansonia Gorge. No biggie, the camera crew just caught this guy fishing when they were filming. Why? you know him?" I chuckled.

"Yeah", she says. "Look close... THAT's YOU FISHING!"

So I slo-mo the whole 8 seconds of the camera pan. And yeah... it's me, playing a fish in the run. Could not believe it.

So, who want's my autograph? LOL.

8 seconds huh. Rode a bull that long once. Just because I was to dang scared to turn loose. Bet a nickle if you had known the camera was on you the line would have wrapped around your neck. Mine would have. I would have looked like a backlash in a bait cast reel.
