Jackie53 I got this idea from you, I wanted the wire keeper on my crappie underspln jig head .l took my minnow head wire keeper mold and cut a groove from the bottom center of the 1/16th over to the center of the eye space of the 1/8 th jig hole I placed the wire keeper , the spinner wire into the slot that I cut and the hook then poured..it works good and did no harm to the mold. Thanks for the idea.

Thanks Glad We could help enjoy modifying molds.The lakes and rivers we fish are well known and hard to fish Clear and deep.The baits we need to catch fish we have to make.We use the spins to locate the fish and then use our jigs to catch them. Really enjoy the Jigcraft site.Some day can get off the porch and run with the Big dogs.LOL.
Jackie 53 It wasn't the minnow head mold that I changed. It was the teardrop wire keeper mold. I cut the slots all way across the mold now I can pour the wire keeper and the spinner wire from 1/16th to 1/2 . The mold will still work either way. sorry about that.
