Here's how my day went......

--- Quick check of JC.com first thing in the morning and only have time to open a few threads before i loose internet connection. :dodgy: I did see this one and made mental note!

--- Out the door around 8:00 to go fishing for (hopefully) some yellow perch at a local reservoir. I know - late start - morning was beautiful but the fish catching was pitiful. Only caught two bluegill that could have gone home with me, but didn't feel like cleaning only two fish. So, first thing upon returning home at around 11:00, pulled a bag of frozen fish out of the freezer to make as a 'chefs' appetizer at dinner time. My last bag from 2012 season - mix of bluegill, smallmouth bass & catfish.

--- Haul 3 loads of water for the homestead to keep the heathens from stinkin' too bad. I might take a shower too.

--- Troubleshoot a blown up router and determine it is in fact blown up.

--- Hour round trip (plus shopping time for other odds-n-ends) into W-Mart of the closest town to get a new wireless router. Wife works out of the house so a necessity. While there...... checked out the beer section and did make a score! :icon14:

--- Setup new wireless router to be compatible with wife's secure medical network.

--- Chainsaw up (in 90+ degrees) the pear tree limb that was blown down by the recent storms. Will make for some smoking wood soon as it ages some.

--- After all that, dinner time. Fish is in the two skinny alum. packs at opposite ends, Ohio grown sweet corn in the other foil. Top has roasted red potatoes from the garden along with fresh thyme ( from the garden;) ) and main dish of boneless/skinless chicken breast.

--- My score from earlier.... ahhhhhhh! Three of the went down very quickly, too quickly. Was a 6-pk of Sam's Double Agent IPL. Mix of an IPA and a Lager with heck of a citrus hop kick!

Good stuff - will be on the look out for the variety pack. I have tried the Latitude 48 and Whitewater. Both are excellent, but this Double Agent IPL is something different all together.

the sam adams dbl agent ipa is a good one. I tend to drink more local brews but sam adams is one of the only national mainstream breweries that I do like. they seldom dissapoint me.
