I live in N.Y. on Lake Erie (a few blocks away). I started tying flies about 10 years ago. The next logical step was tying jigs. I'm looking forward to learning more about jigs from the members of this Jig Chat Room.

Have been reading reports that are off the charts about the perch fishing out of Cleveland here recently. My Dad has been filling his cooler regularly out in open water, straight North of Sandusky, and it just sound better and better the farther East you go. Is the perch bite good all the way at the East end?
