A poor man's version but it simple and hopefully effective. Plan is to drift it in the creek with the current through the riffles.

Color is about right, think if you use a shorter hackle or trim that back a little would make it closer to the real thing.

Ok thanks JJ. I made 4 on my first run. Guess I should of picked this hobby up in the summer. Gonna have a bunch to try out this spring

Does look good bud ! Like Jim said give it a hair cut , on next ones pick a smaller hackle .

Cool tye - fish catcher as is

I would trim back & belly. Might even do it on a tube jig.......

Agree with shorter hackle but your jig does look good.
