After the hard rain we had, I had water on the bricks of my house...got suspecious and got my son to take a look in the attic....here is what he found...had a water leak for several years...have a insurance adjuster comning and a good roofer.....cost..$800.00--$1200.00..!!!:dodgy:

Better Go Check Your Attic...!!

Man that sucks, but it looks like you caught it (by the picture) before it got really bad. With the cost of building materials it may be cheaper to get it done now and have a guarantee.
