Just wondering what you all use to keep your hard baits in? Rapalas ect. I've been keeping them in a  large 3700 flat divider box but it's getting cramped and just wondered if there was anything better I've looked online but it's pretty much the same of what I'm using only smaller. If not I'll just have get a couple more. Now don't fib and say that you only fish with jigs and don't own any hard baits. :D :D

Same here. I actually need to get another soft-side tackle box and more plano boxes. My crankbait box is getting STUFFED!

The vast majority of my plugs reside in 'possum belly' tackle boxes.  When I travel, I load a large canvas Canon camera bag with my reels and Plano/Flambeau plastic boxes containing the lures that'll make the trip with me.

The older Canon camera bags are well sewn and make exquisite bags for tackle.

Good thread, I have a modified three tray box for my jigging raps. My modification consisted of dividing each compartment into 3 long compartments. I made dividers from 1/32" thick plastic which effectively allows me to have 3 baits in each compartment for a grand total of 72. they do not bang against each other, never get tangled as each has its own slot.

My Father years ago fished AC Shiners, Rapalas, Hula Poppers and Jitterbugs almost exclusively during the summer. His solution was a simple aluminum frame and springs. Hang the tail hook stretch the spring and the front hook was attached to a second spring. Although I did not get his box when he passed away, it disappeared, I remember how neatly it held his considerable assortment of lures.

Thanks for the suggestions fellas.  I got to looking around again and found these Plano Weekender bags that should be the ticket. I use hook bonnets on all my hardbaits so they don't get tangled in the flat boxes anyway. This way I can take them out of my tackle bag and make more room for jigs! :D Or vice-versa.  Sort of a hosing that they only include 2 boxes with them though.

This is what I'll continue to opt for in the future...if needed.  Never have found a soft bag that's been better and I own bags designed for fishing by Abel and Flambeau.
