Thanks all - the only ones I really needed to pour were the Redman heads but being a single mold You almost have to pour something else to make it worth while getting everything set up. I stick to small pouring sessions now so I don't kill my back.

I have bags of painted jigs and I can always reheat and glitter dip, plus I have a whole box of poured unpainted heads. I do need to sit and wrap the horsehead swivels so when I want to paint they're all ready to go.

I couldn't do the marathon 10+ hour pouring I used to do. I did 4 hours this time but took a break half way through and trimmed sprues off while more lead was heating. Cut's down at clean-up time.

"trimmed sprues off while more lead was heating"

Funny how we all do things a little different ... I like to "De Sprue" as soon as I pull it from the mold .. any other "Clean Up" is done later ... I really like the single cavity molds best .. seems that I get more done faster .... "Different Strokes for Different Folks"

That Back Trouble can really be a pain ... hope Rx takes care of it.
