Well folks Sunday last my wife and I lost a best friend . Then about an hour ago my wife's dad passed away . We'll be on the road to Kentucky where both our family roots began . Keep my wife in mind it has hit her pretty hard .

Sorry to hear it man. I lost my best fishing partner, my dad, last October. I know how difficult it is. Have a safe trip and remember to celebrate his life as much as you can rather than focusing too much on mourning his death. Hard to say and even harder to do but it helps.
