Ok - I've had problems with glitter so MAYBE it's the size of the glitter??

I went to the local AC Moore craft store at lunch today and they had alot of glitter some for use in T-shirts - seperate tubes, mixed packs

So for use in powder paint does it matter what size of glitter you're using??? I've found fine, ultra fine, superfine, Ultrafine Glitter Powder .008 Polyester Hex so what's the best???

I'm gonna get this to work one way or another LOL.

Thanks

.015 is usually considered fine or small. .008 is the ultrafine. Generally speaking the .008 is the size you would want in the powder. .015 works great if you are going for a solid glitter look.

I'd bet RonDon has about every size of glitter you could find in the fishing tackle market. Little June is going to love finding your stash someday. :P

Salty - The 'Pixie Dust' is just what it sounds like..... dust! Pretty much a finely ground powder that sparkles. I have some craft glitter that was marked as xtra fine and it is no where close to the Pixie Dust. I like having a mix of sizes of the same colors if i can find it.
