Been working on getting a colored clearcoat/glitter mix and worked with purple the other night. Some of them worked and some didn't. Shook the container before each brush tap.

The tube jig on top is dipped straight into the powder - the second and third are brush taps.

The second picture is the same coating on Chartreuse, orange and olive

Trying to get the color on the tube jig on all the other colors but have the glitter showing, could be I need to get a different brush cause I have lots of glitter and clear in the mix.

Have you tapped straight glitter with no clear? Hold your over the glitter jar when u do it to keep from wasting it.

Those look good! The orange/purple looks really cool.... have a few i made recently that i need to tie some 2-tone thread necks.

When i mix in glitter with clear i usually put ALOT of glitter in it. I use a 1/4 teaspoon and will use a 1 part clear : 3 part glitter mix. Double the mix if i like it or adust it by addin more clear. Does depend on the size of the glitter tho. Just tap your glitter on after your base color and it will show.
