Had the 5 1/2 yo grandson this weekend while the son and DIL went on a trip,and this morning he told me he wanted to make some of those fish hook's we fish...

So we took over the kitchen table and got busy..He had more fun with the eye's than anything....Just wait to see the 6 y/o versions.:D

Awesome work. Great he's getting lessons from a tried n true pro at the vice, but you should have a guide giving him the fishing lessons OR just send him here.

Looks like he had a good time and the finished product is very good. I have 2 grandsons one at 3 years of age and the other 2.I am hoping to show them how to tie jigs also.

Hadnt even finished dinner yet (supper) for some of ya ;),and he was already asking for round # 2.....Might have created a monster...

Great pics and ties. Those jigs look big in those little hands. He'll grow into them,I hope is interest in tying grows too.
