Used fluorescent yellow/chart and orange fur from my new super bright arctic fox scarf (along with a patch of kelly green arctic fox from the fly shop) to make these fire tigers. The body chenilles are green eyed lady and volcano. The black stripes and dark green on the back came from a couple of Sharpies. Let me tell you, when you're working with multiple colors in a tail, the temptation to use too much hair is just awful. Then you end up with tails that are too full and don't move well. If you think you have just enough hair in a pinch, it's too much. I think these came out just right.

Very nice!!!! Love'm. Where do you get your chenille from Shoe???

I bought these chenilles from Grandpa Bob's. I've ordered from him three or four times, but not recently. There's been some pretty disturbing reports lately on his shipping times. Crazy Angler carries the green under the name Green Goblin, but not sure about volcano.

Sharpies are nice, I just wish they were a little more permanent on hair and synthetic fibers. For that you need a dye marker, I suppose. On the plus side, Sharpies are cheap and come in a billion different colors.
