A CO fishing forum I explore occasionally has been plagued with whacks lately. Here's one the mods didn't delete.

Dont have the troll problem,but spam sign up have been at an all time high for several weeks now...Led and Russ spend LOTS of time trying to keep those boogers out.....Yall cant imagine how much time they invest to keep this place running smooth and clean... Thanks :t-up:

The spam sign-up names are non-stop, all they want is the all-mighty buck through advertising is my guess.

One of the other forums I belong to has a number of trolls. While I might disagree with someone on politics , sports or any other subject. I can not find any reason to result to vulgarity , rudeness or name calling.

One person on a sports forum ( I am a lifetime Cleveland Indian fan. Which is the very definition of failure. Must be genetic fault traced to being born and raised in NE Ohio ) . Demanded statistics to back up an argument. When I provided them in a follow up post he replied that to him those stats meant nothing. He being the final judge , jury and executioner. I realized that at that point I was arguing with an idiot. Another fishing forum I belong to has a very strong C & R cadre. While I C & R certain species I also fish for table fare. On that site I quit posting fish pix. While I am never critical of C & R people the reverse is not true. Several times they have carped on me and others that posted pix of our fish.

Russ and Ledhed do a wonderful job in managing this site. I believe its a love of the labor that inspires them and it shows. Excellent job guys.
