Never really eat em fried as a taco BUT there isn't much that compares to a properly dressed blackened fish taco.
Yours looks mighty tasty Q.

That looks tAsty, Heath. Might order some.

My friend made some last nightand sent me a pic, so here's how the blackened fish looks. It just crumbles. Load it on a tortilla and commence to topping.

Never was an asparagus eater till we learned to cook em like that..When I was young my mom would boile them death,,,,,no thanks...Took a Paul Prudhomme cooking class while in Norlens one time,and have never made it any other way since...

That red stuff on mine is sriracha sauce.... asian red pepper based. Put enough on there and it'll make you see Jesus.

QK, what is the green stuff? Sriracha with the rooster is my choice of heat too. I'm surprised its available in KS - had to settle for Tapatio in WY.

LP, I assume the black is the flavor, is it the ingredients or cooking method?
