Export into .ico format?

Graphics tech question...... does anyone on here have the full blown version of Adobe PhotoShop? I am wanting to create a FavIcon for the website - the little picture that shows in the Tab of your browser - but do not have a graphics program that will export in .ico format. Pretty sure PS does but may need a specific plug-in. Does anyone have software that will or know of another program (free) that might do it? - Thanks

Turns out that some of the fancy plug-ins work with the dumb-down version of PS Elements. I had to re-set my bookmark though so it had it on there. Too much thought and effort was spent to get a little 16x16 pixel picture to show up - ha! Oh well...... i was getting paid and my machine was running. :trollin:
