Dock fishing!

Went out twice this long weekend. Took a friend out who had never used this kind of gear before and got him on a few fish... It was a slow bite, and we worked for em.

Went out again Friday alone and did better. Figured out where the crappie were and what they wanted. Then stepped over to a normal gill spot and dropped the hammer.

Ron Don, I got some little bitty plastics from you here about 2 years ago.... I've got an evil plan for them here soon at this place. Gonna put them on Crazy Angler's 1/48-oz "mean minner" heads and flip with them. We will see if it works!

Very nice catch!!! A 1/64 oz jig has been working well for me on docks lately. Ordered a new rod from BPS that is a great shooting rod!! Pricey but worth the money
