I just got my mold in from Barlow's today.Man,this is the "Shidizzal".So many hooks fit into each of the cavities.The 1/64 oz. with a size 4 gold sickle looks to be a great crappie jig.Or the 1/32 oz. with a size 2 gold sickle.Can't wait until it stops raining outside to get a few poured.

I have the same mold and also like that you can use different hooks for each size jighead. I tried a #4 sickle in the 1/32 and 1/64 but I like to use the #6 sickle in those two sizes. The catch rate didn't change but the drop rate on the jig did with a bigger hook. You going to like that mold

Does the newer mold have that warming chamber on the bottom??? For the really small ones you better have some real pure soft lead. I've thought about getting it but it's probably easier to trade for them.

Yes it has the warming chamber.I have enough soft lead to pour a million of them tiny little things.

This chamber is out of the way.Does'nt get in the way of any size hook that you want to use.Like you could fit a size 1 hook in the tiny 1/64.It's only $29.95 at Barlow's,the cheapest mold that I have ever bought.

Those size 8's are smaller than I thought.
