From where I am from they ar called crawfish, but hey both taste good boiled (extra cajun seasoning) with red potatoes corn and a crown and sprite.......ummmmmm!!!! Oh sorry day dreaming there a bit. Great looking jigs! Everyone wants to know what that material is...is that vinyl???? Anyways they look great!!!!! Good job!!!

The shellback is 2mm craft foam and coated with epoxy. Nuthin' to it, guys and gals!

Yeah I have a few blocks of styrofoam left over from when we insulated our roof... I carved a crankbait out of one and then sawed it in half and glued it back together with a steel wire skeleton so it was tough... but when i went to paint it the styrofoam melted... I wonder what i could safely coat it in to protect it from paint? any ideas?
