Just got it this afternoon and poured up 50 for starters. Poured some using a #1 Aberdeen sickle and since I don't recall seeing a craft hair spinner before decided to do a couple of those in 1/16 and 1/8 and then added a Boolie spinner for good measure. Hope to get these wet soon. Shoulder isn't healing as fast as I want it to. View attachment 9View attachment 1

I tried a 1/16 spinner in the second picture on top and caught three small bass this morning in about 15 minutes. Shoulder started to hurt so switched the spinning reel handle around on my reels and cast and held the rod with my left for the first time. Awkward at first but after a little bit started to get the hang of it. Hooked a nice bass on a flirt worm but lost it on the jump. A few casts later caught my first bass fishing this way, a nice one close to 20 inches. Biggest from that lake in several years. Going to try tomorrow again but get there earlier and take a camera.
