That's an original Do-it chub - not sure who sells them. The one I have has pinned eyes.

I've got the 3294 Do-It mold that pours those from 1/32 to 1/4 oz.

Nice mold, wish I had one like Sonny's with the pinned eyes. Jig is very well balanced.

Scott - Is that the mold that you filled in the hook shank with JB weld??? That was a good looking jig head!!!!!
