CAN YOU MAKE THESE

This is a pic of some rat tail shad lures. I either need mold made for these. I have failed miserably at doing an open pour that is functional. the tail is giving me fits. The tail is segmented with a ball on the end. Got any Ideas anyone.

Forgot to mention . The guy that made these passed away. No one has any idea where the mold went. I'm not going to be able to do it without access to a machine .

I have an idea.... i THINK that would be an awsome drop shot bait with a hook just through the nose!!! Sorry though, no clue on how to make them. :-/
