2 & 5 from left to right would be my pics.

Coverage n then detail. Im not a fan of any brushes where the fibers are close knit or stiff.
But then again I don't do precise detail well either.

Just 5 in my opinion, the others are too big. I use craft paint brushes from hobby lobby , they are wood handled and horse or camel can't recall.

I use the cheap nylon bristle brushes that you get at hobby shops for about $3-$4 for a couple dozen. I cut about half the plastic end off which makes it easier to pick up closer to the brush end since I only heat the head once and do up to four colors on a head. I got to move fast.

I have two big packs of the cheap brush's with plastic handles and I've done pretty good but want something better. So right now everybody is going #5 and #2. But should I have one for each color???

The one i use the most is the same as Happy mentioned above. Would guess the brush tip is .25" at most and i cut off stray hairs that poke out occasionaly. Don't get too fancy - just loading it up and tapping it back out. ;) I only mainly use one and slap it across my shirt a few times before i switch to a different color.

Personally think whatever brush you use, how hard you tap and how much powder is in the brush at that time is the big factor. If you want a fine color change, tap out most of the color back in the jar before you try to put it on the jig and then a finer mist of powder will be left when you tap over the jig. BUT - if you do that with a color that has flake or glitter mixed in, you will tap out most of the glitter back into the jar on the first couple taps. In contrast - load your brush and go straight to the jig with light taps to make a 'chunkier' color change or if you want alot of the glitter in the mix.

I ramble but rarely make sense.

No problem I got what you were saying!!! LOL I've been thinking of a pearl body with Ruby Red speckled over the top but I don't want to use a black bottom on it.

When she offered to get them I thought it was her trying to make up for being stupid but guess not - I'll just get my own then I don't have to worry about it!!!
